Where is the next playground? In Sexten, you won’t have to search long – we promise. There are numerous beautifully designed playgrounds here, close to nature and varied, such as the “Gissa-Waldile” at the village entrance or the “Sonnwendplatz” in the Schmieden district.
From the “St. Veit” playground behind the Sparkasse, you can continue by balance bike,
bicycle or buggy to the “Waldile” in Waldheim. And a little further on to the lovely forest playground in Moos. In short: every few hundred metres, new play opportunities await. There are even rumours that dedicated playground insiders manage to complete the Sexten “playground rally” in a single day.
And while parents relax in the shade, chat and enjoy the fresh mountain air, the children are in full swing – making new friends and planning muddy adventures.
